「マイズナーメソッド（Meisner Method）」は、 アメリカの演技指導者サンフォード・マイズナー（Sanford Meisner）によって開発された演技メソッドです。 「今この瞬間の相手のエネルギーに真実味をもって反応すること」を軸とし、感情を無理に作るのではなく、 相手との関係性の中で自然に生まれる感情を大切にすることで、よりリアルな演技を生み出します。 -繰り返し- 演技の基礎訓練として、2人1組で「相手の言葉や行動をそのまま繰り返す」エクササイズを行います。 これにより、頭で考えるのではなく、相手の感情や態度に直感的に反応する力を鍛えます。 -感情のリアリティ- 自分の実体験や想像力を使い、シーンに必要な感情をリアルに作り出す。 -即興性- 台詞を棒読みせず、「相手の言葉や行動に真実味を持って反応する」ことを重要視します。 事前に決められた演技ではなく、相手のエネルギーに応じて自然に反応することを目指します。
